In multifamily, I see teams throwing time and money at every new tech, every marketing trick, every guru hack.
Meanwhile, their basics are a mess:

β Models are dirty
β Leasing team isnβt trained
β Work orders are piling up
Hereβs a better strategy: Fix the boring stuff first.
Then say βnoβ to everything that doesnβt directly help lease apartments or keep residents.
