Itโ€™s about who stays in business when the margins shrink and the labor dries up. Most wonโ€™t act. Theyโ€™ll keep doing it the โ€œway weโ€™ve always done itโ€ until theyโ€™re outbid, outbuilt, and out of work. The ones who wait? Theyโ€™ll be watching from the sidelines.
