If You're Not Using AI Every Day as a CEO, You're Only 80% as Productive as Your Peers"—David Rogier, CEO of MasterClass MasterClass CEO’s “AI Stack” (and what each one does) Here’s how he gets that extra work done: Davidify (Custom GPT): Pulls together all his notes and turns bullet points into emails and speeches in his own voice. Gamma: Automatically builds his all-hands decks, faster and better designed than making them by hand. Make.com + Todoist + ChatGPT: Ranks his to-do list every night so he wakes up with a clear order of what to tackle first. NotebookLM: Turns YouTube talks and research papers into 15-minute podcast-style summaries he listens to while walking. Lovable: Creates quick product mockups so he can see ideas come to life right away. On Call: Lets him “ask” simulated versions of Chris Voss and Mark Cuban for business advice. Claude Projects: Uses customer data to give instant feedback on new ideas. Suno: Builds custom playlists that help him focus at work or stay motivated during workouts. He’s built an AI team that writes, designs, organizes, researches, and even gives advice, all before his first meeting. It’s a reminder that most of us are only starting to see what AI can do in everyday work. ________________________________________________________________________ My AI Tech Stack I’m always looking for new ways to use AI to make work smoother and smarter. I already run several Custom ChatGPTs, N8N Automations, and Claude projects for different workflows. I use GenSpark instead of Gamma for charts and decks. it’s fast, flexible, and fits how I like to present ideas. I’ve also worked with DeepAgent from Abacus.AI, though I’m still figuring out which tools truly move the needle on productivity versus adding complexity. I don’t need On Call because I’ve built my own version inside Claude. One project includes all of Charlie Munger’s writings, so I can talk to it as if I’m speaking with him directly and get his perspective on a problem. That experiment led to something bigger, a virtual board of directors made up of great founders like Steve Jobs and Sam Walton. I pose real business challenges to them, and the system responds using their actual words and reasoning styles. It’s a fascinating way to test ideas and see how different minds might handle the same situation. How do you use AI to make yourself more effective and, more importantly, wiser? https://lnkd.in/e-A9WeFb
